All our cottages come fully equipped with:
High Chairs / Cots are available on request (bedding not provided).
Shower chair and Toilet support available on request (for Rose Cottage).
Please note that we have a non-smoking policy in all our cottages.

Dogs
Unfortunately we are unable to allow dogs (or any other pets) to stay in any of our cottages.
Games Room / Bar
The games room is available for use by all guests. An honesty bar is provided - please help yourselves to drinks, all we ask is for a small contribution to cover our costs. The pool table is free to use but requires a 50p piece to release the balls (there should be one on the top of the pool table, but if not please ask).

There is on site parking for several cars
Laundry
There is a laundry facility on site with coin (£1) operated washing and drying machines.
Fishing
Guests are permitted to fish the lake free of charge providing a valid rod licence is held.

Barbeque
Guests are welcome to have a bar-be-que on their respective patio areas or on the decking outside the games room (as long as this doesn't impact on other guests). This can be set upon request - charcoal is not provided.
