We have carried out a risk assessment at Castle Ely Mill to ensure guest safety and confidence.
All cottages are thoroughly cleaned to a high standard between guest stays using eco-friendly cleaning products where possible. You can be rest assured that your cottage will have undergone a thorough clean ahead of your stay.
We also leave suitable anti-viral and eco-friendly cleaning products for you to use during your stay.
We ask that you maintain good hand hygiene to minimise transfer of any virus as far as possible - handwash is provided next to each sink/basin.

- Please strip all beds and put used linen in bags provided and tie closed.
- Please empty all bins and place tied bags into the external waste bins.
- Leave windows open to air the cottage.
